Every now and then we try out new colors that are not part of our regular program. We put these unique pieces here but without the "Wunschfarbe/Custom" special-color-add-on-price that they would regularly cost. For example: The night stand in an off standard color is then only 215,00 € instead of 255,00 €. Also nice: They are ready to ship within 1-3 days because they are already in our shop.
You can add extras like wooden boards here.

Lockengelöt - Made in Hamburg - since 2004
Our very first oil barrel cabinet was made from a neighbor's oil drum about 15 years ago, now we use metal oil barrels from the Port of Hamburg, a mix of overproduction, A- and B- stock. All barrels never had oil inside.

All additions for big barrels
Aside from wooden boards that can be placed on top of the barrels we also offer locks for models with a door, lights and wheel boards. You´ll find the options that work with the particular product underneath the color selection. We´ll go into detail about all our add ons here:
Wooden boards
Any wooden board greatly changes the whole appearance of the barrel. Over time we have added more and more types of wood to match all the different floorings or wood furnitures that people have in their homes.
All types of wood are triple layered solid wood with an oil coating for protection. The edges are rounded off. We use hard wax oil that's also used for children's toys.
Recycled wood
Our recycled wooden boards are made by a woodworker friend of ours who acquires old wooden planks that were used for scaffolding back in the day and carefully reconstructs them into the circular boards that fit our furniture. A very extensive process which results in fully recycled wooden boards, each one with a unique and beautifully rustic look. The recycled boards are single layered so they are not as perfectly even as the triple layered ones but still perfectly suited for anything to be placed upon them.
For every sold wooden board we plant a tree through the help of Edenproject.org oder iplantatree.org . We exclusively use european wood.
Lights
Since 2022 we started offering new lights. They cost 10€ less than the previous models, are brighter and can be placed anywhere inside our furniture for the motion senor to react. You can recharge them via USB. One light bar lights up one compartment.
Wheels
We offer a wheel board for anyone who wants to stay flexibel. They can be placed underneath the barrel where they sit tightly and can be removed anytime. If you plan on moving your furniture a lot we suggest you get the 5 wheeled version, they provide more stability. The wheels are small and are partly hidden underneath the barrel, they raise the height by about 3 cm. Their rubber is soft so don't worry about scratching your flooring, that also prevents them from moving too easily. They can take a total weight of 60 kg per wheel.
Lock
The lock is mostly used to prevent kids from accessing the bar. It can be jammed open with a credit card if you know how to. It comes with two keys.
The Adapter
If you´re thinking about stacking barrels you can use our adapter that you can order here. It works with big barrel furniture that is still a complete barrel (Like the big bar). If you want to stack smaller funtiture like couch tables (cut from big barrels) ask us in advance and we will help out, it`s a bit complicated but possible.
